The charts and tables on your dashboard will not show any data until affiliates actually start promoting and selling your products.
Product Tab Questions
RevenueWire is committed to listing the highest caliber products possible. To meet this commitment, we have established common-sense guidelines to aid merchants in understanding what kinds of products are approved for sale on the RevenueWire network.
Some affiliates prefer to send potential customers directly to your product or company’s home page, a URL can be entered here for this purpose. It is very important to confirm that any page entered here directs customers to purchase through SafeCart. If any alternate payment method is used the sale won’t be tracked and the affiliate won’t receive their commission, this is called leakage. For more information about creating leak-proof websites please contact your RevenueWire Merchant Representative.
If your product is a software application that utilizes a ‘free scan’ or ‘free trial’ download, most affiliates will prefer to launch the download directly from their landing pages. When creating a product you can specify the URL location of the direct software download and enter that URL during the product creation process.
Some affiliates choose to link directly to your product registration page. Typically, this is a page you use to call the customer to action, and allow them to select their purchase options.
Whenever possible, it is recommended that you provide landing pages for your products. Landing pages are a highly effective way for merchants to both control the consumer’s view of their brand and also support affiliates with high quality, conversion optimized materials that encourage sales. The higher the quality and variety of landing pages, the easier it becomes for affiliates to select and promote your products.
You may choose to provide affiliates with product graphics (box shots, screenshots, awards, logos, etc.) which most top affiliates use to build their own custom landing pages or niche mini-sites. Product sales graphics are not required but are highly recommended.
Different types of media, such as keyword lists and testimonials, are very helpful for affiliates and should be provided whenever possible. Check with your Merchant Account Manager as to how you can provide these materials.
No, this ID cannot be altered or deleted. Once a product or offer has been created and affiliates begin to promote it, it’s very important that the product and offer IDs remain consistent with the links originally provided for affiliate use. These IDs make up part of the link structure that affiliates use when promoting your product. As such, once affiliates have obtained their promotion links, changes result in broken links.
If you have a product or offer that you need to remove from the network, please contact your RevenueWire Merchant Representative right away. They will be able to ensure that affiliates are advised of the changes to your product, allowing them time to adjust their in-use links accordingly.
Sales Tab Questions
When viewing sales data, the search field can help you quickly locate a particular transaction. You can enter any transaction-related query to locate a sale. For example, customer email address, order ID, zip or postal code, or first or last name.
Merchant earnings are calculated based on the following structure. Commission amounts are calculated based on net earnings after RevenueWire transaction fees:

Affiliates are more likely to promote products with aggressive commissions. While we do not set a minimum affiliate commission rate of amount, we do recommend that merchants be as competitive here as their business model will allow. As a guideline, many products have commission payouts of 75% or more.
When a purchase is processed with no affiliate referring information, the sale is recorded as (*).
To refund a transaction, or a portion of a multiple product order, select the “Sales” tab and use the search field locate the transaction either by ID, email, customer name, or zip or postal code. When the order ID is located, select the order ID to expand the row displaying the customer information and product purchase details.
Simply select the products you wish to refund, and select the refund button. The payment will automatically be returned to the customer via their original payment method. Refunds can only be issued to the card or account originally used to make the purchase. Customers can generally expect to see refunds post to their credit card or PayPal account within 5 business days. Once a refund has been processed it cannot be reversed.
Yes, when a refund or chargeback occurs, RevenueWire still holds on to the processing fee (typically 6.95% + 1 USD).
Customer contact details are only visible to merchants. Affiliates are able to view general demographic data only. No personally identifiable customer information is available via the affiliate interface.
Yes. Use the “Export” dropdown menu and button located directly to the top right of the sales data table.
Paychecks are issued on the 1st and 15th of each month. Paychecks issued for sales up to and including the end of the pay period two weeks prior.
For example, your paycheck on the 1st will include sales from the 1st to the 15th of the previous month, less any refunds, chargebacks, or other charges incurred up to one week after the end of the current pay period.
The Deduction column includes a refund protection buffer equal to a minimum of 10% of your net paycheck amount. This amount is held for 6 pay periods or 90 days to ensure future refunds are covered. After 6 pay periods, this deduction amount will be released as indicated in the “Release” column. Note: the refund protection percentage may be raised up to and including 100% as determined by the RevenueWire risk department.
What does”Balance” mean?
If your paycheck amount is not equal to or larger than the payment threshold amount you specified when creating your RevenueWire merchant account, the amount is carried over into the “Balance” column to be added to your next paycheck.
Setup Tab Questions
If you have any questions about what to enter in each field, the information can be obtained from your banking institution. RevenueWire does not have access to specific bank routing information. Please ensure that you enter this information carefully, as even a small error in these fields can delay the receipt of your wire transfer.
There is a $28 USD fee for each wire transfer RevenueWire issues. This fee is simply to cover the cost of electronic payment transfer. Wire transfer fees are deducted from your payouts automatically.
You may change your password at any time by selecting the “profile” link on the top right of your screen. On the resulting page, select the “change” link to supply your new password.
Users and groups allow you to create additional logins to your account with varying access and permission levels.
For example, if you wanted to grant your support staff access transaction details, but not to your account settings and paycheck information, you could create a Group with access limited to the “Sales” tab.
After creating a Group with specific permissions, you can add individual users to that Group and the Group’s permissions will populate down to the newly created user.
To remove an individual User or Group, disabling access to their account, select “Current Users & Groups” and select “Remove”. That removed User or Group will no longer be able to access any area of the RevenueWire Merchant Interface.
